Carl Bardenwerper joined China Swiss CNC Machining as CFO in January 2011. Carl served as CFO/Controller of several industrial manufacturing companies including Viasystems and Planar Systems. Carl is a member of theGuangdong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Karen Ozanich has served as Logistics Manager since June 2013. She has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, including in purchasing, production planning, quality functions, internal systems auditing, and ERP system setup. Ms. Ozanich served as Materials Supervisor at Engineered Plastics Company for almost a decade, where she was responsible for all supplier relations and an annual material spend of $8 million.

Phil Legreid is the Quality Assurance Manager with a demonstrated history of working in contract manufacturing. He is skilled in Internal Audit, Team Building, Continuous Improvement, Product Development, and Quality Auditing. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has recently joined the China Swiss CNC Machining team in 2021
